SPARFACTS is a specialised joint venture between SPAR Group, Inc. (a NASDAQ-listed company based in Tarrytown, New York) and FACTS P/L. SPARFACTS Pty Ltd. provides leading edge retail merchandising services to wholesalers, marketers and retailers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

FACTS P/L was established in 1996. It was founded and continues to be managed by people with extensive experience in Retail. Our initial focus on cosmetics/promotions in Mass market/ Supermarkets/Pharmacy was rapidly diversified to cover a much wider a range of products.

In early 2006 we finalised due diligence on forming our relationship with Spar Inc and the joint venture SPARFACTS was launched in April 2006.

Today SPARFACTS provide extensive services to all retail markets covering 98% of retail sites in Australia and New Zealand

Sparfacts client base spans many industries and, in addition to developing strong systems and processes that are applicable to many markets we have recruited to ensure our talent has experience in the fastest growing industries. Our current client base contains a mix of major multinational FMCG businesses, Leading National Retailers and local distributors/manufacturers.
